CREATOR ACADEMY · TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Universal Website Trust-Building Prompt

Reusable master prompt for adding niche-relevant trust, credibility and helpful-content signals across websites. The rule is simple: analyze the real subject first, add only supportable trust signals, and never manufacture proof.

Main trust elements

Identity & contact

About Us, Contact, operator/business details and support routes that are actually true.

Helpful content

FAQ, Articles/Blog, Guides/Resources and clear explanations connected to the site's exact niche.

Method & evidence

How It Works/Methodology, credible sources, author/reviewer details when real, and transparent limits.

Proof & policies

Real case studies/testimonials only when verifiable, plus Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer and relevant Support/Refund pages.

Trust rule: a missing proof section is better than invented proof. If a real customer quote, expert identity, certification, award or case study cannot be verified, do not manufacture it.

Master prompt

1. First analyze the website's actual niche, subject, target audience, purpose and existing content. Build trust content only around that exact subject. Do not add unrelated topics, generic filler or mismatched niche content.

2. Improve the website for professional E-E-A-T, user trust and transparency. Add or upgrade only the pages/sections that genuinely fit the site: About Us, Contact Us, FAQ, Articles/Blog, Guides/Resources, How It Works/Methodology, Author/Expert Bio, Sources & References, real Case Studies/Results, Testimonials/Social Proof, Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer, and relevant Support/Refund pages.

3. On important tool, article, service or product pages, add helpful context where appropriate: author/reviewer, published or updated date, credible sources, related internal links, clear explanations, and a transparent methodology showing how information or results are produced.

4. Use Organization, Person, Article, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema only where genuinely applicable and supported by visible page content. Do not add schema just to manipulate search engines.

5. IMPORTANT: Never invent fake reviews, customers, statistics, awards, qualifications, case studies, expert identities, certifications or unverifiable claims. If real proof is unavailable, omit that section or leave a clearly marked placeholder for the site owner to complete.

6. Every website must receive unique, niche-specific trust content based on its own purpose, audience and existing pages. Do not reuse generic copy across unrelated websites.

7. Preserve the current design system, mobile responsiveness, performance, navigation and site functionality. Implement the trust system without breaking existing pages or changing unrelated SEO/AEO/GEO settings unless explicitly requested.

Use rule: Paste this prompt together with the website URL, website files, or current page content so the AI can analyze the actual niche before generating trust pages.

How to use it without creating generic trust pages

  1. Give the AI the real website URL/files/current page content.
  2. Ask it to inventory what already exists before adding anything.
  3. Require niche-specific copy: a PDF tool site, fitness calculator site, ecommerce store and news publisher should not receive the same About/FAQ/methodology language.
  4. Separate facts that are directly verified from placeholders that require the site owner.
  5. Add schema only after matching visible content exists.
  6. Re-check navigation, mobile layouts, legal links and internal links after the trust pass.

What a trustworthy methodology should disclose

  • Input: what the user provides and what public/connected data is read.
  • Measurement: what is directly observed, e.g. HTML tags, links, headings or Search Console metrics.
  • Heuristics: which scores are rules/estimates rather than third-party facts.
  • Coverage: whether the audit is a bounded sample or verified full coverage.
  • Limits: what cannot be known without analytics, ranking, backlink or licensed market data.
  • Action: what should be verified before publishing, spending money or changing a live site.

Frequently asked questions

Should every website add testimonials and case studies?

No. Add them only when real, verifiable evidence exists. Otherwise omit the section or leave a clearly marked owner placeholder.

Should trust content be the same on every website?

No. It should reflect the actual niche, purpose, audience and existing pages. Generic cross-niche copy is specifically what this prompt is designed to avoid.

Which schema types should be used?

Use Organization, Person, Article, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema only when the visible page genuinely supports that type. Do not create Person schema for a made-up expert.

What belongs on a methodology page?

Explain how results are produced, the data sources, direct observations, heuristic scores, sample limits and which claims require connected data or owner verification.
