No physical shipping
SocialKit sells access to web-based digital tools. We do not ship physical products, so shipping charges, courier tracking and physical delivery addresses do not apply.
How access is delivered
After Razorpay confirms a successful payment, the purchased plan is attached to the SocialKit account used during checkout. Access is normally available within a few minutes and can be checked from the Account dashboard.
Delivery problems
If payment was captured but the plan is not visible, log out and back in once. If access is still missing after 24 hours, email [email protected] with the account email and Razorpay payment ID. Do not send card, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
Service area and currencies
The digital service may be accessed worldwide where lawful. Display-currency conversions are approximate. Checkout is billed in INR unless international currency processing has been activated on the merchant's Razorpay account and the checkout explicitly shows another currency.
