Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026. socialkit.tools is operated by M/s. Universal Hospitality, Navi Mumbai, India. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your data when you use our 45 free tools and guides.
What stays in your browser
Our generators and calculators — hashtags, captions, bios, usernames, fonts, counters, engagement and earnings calculators and similar tools — run entirely on your device. The text and numbers you type into them are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Photos you add in the hashtag tool's photo mode are analysed locally in your browser and never leave your device.
This includes the QR Code Generator: everything you type into it — links, WiFi passwords, UPI IDs, contact details — and any logo image you upload is processed entirely on your device with JavaScript and Canvas. Nothing is transmitted to us, and we could not see your QR contents even if we wanted to. The same applies to the UTM Link Builder and the YouTube Thumbnail Downloader: links you paste are parsed locally, and thumbnails load directly from YouTube’s public image servers, not through ours.
What our checker tools send, and where
Some tools need outside data to give you real results, and we believe in disclosing exactly what that means:
- Website checkers (Website SEO Checker, Website Keyword Audit, Spam Keyword Checker, Website Health Checker, AI Search Readiness Checker and similar): the URL you enter is fetched through public fetch/proxy services (such as allorigins.win, corsproxy.io, codetabs.com or r.jina.ai) so your browser can read the page. The URL you scan is therefore visible to those services. Do not scan URLs you consider confidential.
- Keyword and suggestion tools (Keyword Research Tool, tag and hashtag suggestions): your seed phrases are sent to public autocomplete endpoints (Google, YouTube, Bing) to return live suggestions.
- Speed tools (Core Web Vitals Checker, SERP Audit health score): the URL you test is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API.
In every case the request is made for your session only; we do not log, store or resell the URLs or phrases you check.
Cookies, consent and analytics
We use cookies for basic analytics (to understand which tools are used and improve them) and for advertising. A consent notice is shown on your first visit; you can manage cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling cookies does not break the tools themselves.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We display advertising through Google AdSense to keep every tool free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of many other vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info/choices.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served via a hosting provider and the Cloudflare content delivery network. Like almost every website, these services keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance. We do not combine these logs with anything you type into the tools.
Your choices and rights
You can use every tool without creating an account — we have no login and hold no user profiles. You may request information about, or deletion of, any personal data you believe we hold by emailing [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
Children
The site is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
