Free use

All tools are free for personal and commercial use, with no login and no usage limits. Outputs you generate (hashtags, captions, bios, tags, titles, descriptions and similar) are yours to use.

Nature of results

Our tools combine curated libraries, formulas and — for several tools — live third-party data (public autocomplete suggestions, fetched copies of pages you ask us to scan, and Google's PageSpeed Insights API). Results such as SEO scores, keyword popularity, difficulty labels, spam verdicts and health checks are informational estimates, generated automatically at the moment you run the tool. They are not audits, certifications or guarantees of ranking, reach or income, and platforms change their systems without notice.

QR codes and generated links. You are solely responsible for the content you encode with the QR Code Generator and the links you build with the UTM Link Builder — including the accuracy of UPI payment details, WiFi credentials and contact information, and for having the necessary rights to any logo image you place inside a code. Verify a payment or WiFi code by scanning it yourself before printing or sharing it. socialkit.tools does not host, store or control the destinations your codes and links point to.

Earnings and money-related calculators

Earnings, engagement and pricing calculators produce illustrative estimates from public benchmark ranges. They are not financial advice and actual results vary widely. Make financial decisions with a qualified professional.

Acceptable use of scanning tools

Tools that fetch a URL (website checkers, keyword audits, spam checker and similar) must only be used on websites you own, manage, or are otherwise entitled to analyse — such as publicly accessible pages for legitimate competitive research. You agree not to use the tools to overload, probe or attack any website, or to violate any law or third-party terms.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The site's design, text, guides and code are our property. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Google and all other product names are trademarks of their respective owners; socialkit.tools is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

YouTube thumbnails retrieved with the Thumbnail Downloader remain the copyright of their respective channel owners; the tool only displays images YouTube already serves publicly. Download them for study, backup of your own uploads or fair-use purposes — do not re-use another creator’s artwork as your own.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including decisions made on the basis of tool outputs, third-party service downtime, or inaccuracies in fetched data.

Third-party services and links

Some tools rely on third-party services (fetch proxies, autocomplete endpoints, PageSpeed Insights) and some pages link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Advertising

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
